Ethan Sweet is a Sales Associate at G3 Capital, where he focuses on client outreach and connecting potential clients with the firm’s expertise in 1031 exchanges, DSTs, and alternative investments, helping real estate owners explore strategies that align with their financial goals. Ethan is currently a rising senior at the University of Alabama, majoring in Business Management with a minor in International Business, set to graduate in May 2027, and is planning to continue growing his career at G3 Capital post-grad.
Ethan is enthusiastic about helping individuals see what’s possible when tax strategy and alternative investments are working in their favor. His goal is simple, bring the right people to the table and ensure every prospective client feels informed and confident from the very first conversation.
Outside the office, Ethan is passionate about fitness and personal growth, believing that a commitment to continuous improvement carries over into everything he does. When he’s not working, you can find him on the golf course, always chasing a better game.
