Kera Parker is senior vice president of client relations at G3 Capital, Real Estate Wealth & Tax Strategy, and plays a central role in the firm’s operations, client experience, and strategic execution. She helps ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly, supports key initiatives for growth, and oversees the systems and workflows that allow the advisory team to stay focused on clients.

With more than 16 years of experience in operations, client service, and event coordination, Kera brings a blend of organizational discipline and relational insight to her role. She helps lead the client discovery process and is deeply involved in creating a consistent, thoughtful experience from initial conversation through ongoing service. Kera is committed to making sure every interaction reflects G3 Capital’s core values of clarity, care, and excellence.

Outside the office, Kera treasures time with her husband & their two children, Aubree and Landon, and their Australian Labradoodle, Liberty. Her faith and family are her foundation, and she is passionate about work that creates lasting, positive impact for others.
