Gaston Escudero III is the founder and chief executive officer of G3 Capital, Real Estate Wealth & Tax Strategy. He launched the firm to help real estate investors clearly understand what they own, what it’s worth, and the options available to them as they approach retirement. With more than 13 years of industry experience, Gaston is known for asking the right questions, providing clear education, and simplifying complex strategies so investors can make confident, informed decisions.

Gaston holds his Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses, has completed the Fundamentals of Alternative Investments Certificate Program (CAIA), and earned a bachelor’s degree in business & communications from Penn State University. In addition to his education, he has worked for three multi-billion-dollar real estate investment firms, learning from some of the leading minds in commercial real estate and tax strategy. This experience gives him a deep understanding of both institutional-quality investments and the practical realities individual property owners face.

What truly sets Gaston apart is his ability to sit down with someone who has owned real estate for decades and help them see potential blind spots & offer solutions they didn’t know existed. He has a gift for translating complex real estate and tax strategies into easy-to-understand language and connecting them directly to a client’s properties, tax profile, retirement timeline, and long-term goals. His communication style builds trust and confidence, which is especially important as clients consider selling appreciated real estate and reinvesting what is often millions of dollars of their net worth.

His introduction to this work began by serving alongside his father, Gaston Escudero Sr., who has spent more than 35 years in wealth management. Watching his father help clients access multi-billion-dollar real estate platforms through passive ownership structures showed Gaston how powerful the right strategy can be for a family’s overall financial picture and heavily influenced the way he serves clients today.

Originally from Mission Viejo, California, Gaston’s faith and family are central to his life and work. His relationship with Jesus Christ and his involvement at Church shapes the way he leads G3 Capital, with a strong emphasis on service, integrity, and stewardship. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family & friends, playing golf, watching Seinfeld and hanging with his dog, Rocky. You’ll often find him at church, working out, playing pickleball, traveling, going to the beach, or braving a cold plunge!
